Crump Kids

We are excited to be posting on our blog and hope to have it up and current again. In this digital age we have taken SO many pictures of our kids.

Wow how Jared has grown since our last update in September! Jared is 9 months old and is busy getting himself around. The first thing he does in the morning (after eating of course) is to crawl to his sister's bedroom door and push it open. He then giggles at her and follows her around for the rest of the day. Kirstin is 2 1/2 and loves being followed around by her adoring baby brother.

Jeffery studied for and took the PE (professional engineering exam) last October. He heard in February that he passed and he is an official professional engineer now! We enjoy more family time now that he isn't studying and he likes having extra initials behind his name.

Autumn, well she plays everyday. She is busy helping the kids to make messes and have fun. They are taking monthy feild trips. So far we have been to the train musesm, zoo, & fish aquarim. Autumn has also taken up a new interest and hobby--maintaining a fish tank. She continues to work at the hospital twice a month in labor & delivery.

Enjoy a few pictures!

Miscellaneous Happenings

Kirstin's 2 Year Old Picture

Jared's Baby Blessing 2 Months Old

Jared so enjoyed the pumpkin patch!

Autumn took the kids to Bishop's Pumpkin Ranch. They enjoyed a train ride, petting baby farm animals, a picnic lunch, playground equipment, and a tractor hayride out to the pumpkin patch. On the hayride back in, Kirstin wrapped her arms and legs around her little pumpkin! She was so proud of it! The ride there is through almond orchards, a very beautiful drive.

Mom's kitchen helpers . . . we are running out of counter space.

Crump Kids ready for their morning walk. Kirstin enjoys tending to Jared's needs, handing him toys, singing him songs, and making sure he stays under his blanket.

Autumn took the kids to the Sacramento Temple Grounds. Kirstin enjoyed posing for her own little photo shoot. This is one of our favorites.

End of Summer

The busy summer is transitioning into fall. On Labor Day weekend we had family visit to celebrate Kirstin's birthday, support Jeff in his mid-mid life crisis (triathlon), and enjoy Jared's blessing.

Jared is doing well. He is starting to smile and coo. Kirstin loves to give him kisses and hold him. Jared seems to tolerate it--a little.

Kirstin is now a precocious two year old. She loves to sing, dance, read books and help mom with the baby.

Enjoy the pictures. We have a few videos posted at the end that are especially for the grandmas.

Grandpa Pfeiffer passed away in August. We made a quick trip to Challis, Idaho.

The children are learning all about football this fall. When Kirstin doesn't want to go to bed she will say, "Watch football time?" She almost has the Cougar Fight Song memorized.

When we moved into our home, we had several citrus plants. We have kept them in, mostly because we haven't purchased the plants we really wanted to put in. The orange tree had blossoms and a few tiny fruits that fell off. Suprisingly, one of the other plants has fruit on it that we didn't find until last week.

Kirstin's three favorite songs right now are I Hope They Call Me on a Mission, Families Can be Together Forever, and Edelweiss. She also knows a good cookie when she sees one.

More Pictures for the Grandmas!

Kirstin and her cousin Kaylee. Kaylee and Grandma Crump came to stay for a week. Kaylee was a big helper and a wonderful playdate!

Kirstin going on her first playdate without Mom! She waved goodbye and didn't want to come back home. She is our social butterfly!

Guy Time!
